Offering knowledge and guidance in this one day workshop on self care and boundary setting for individuals and sex workers, for personal or professional use.
Within this workshop Caritia will inspire participants to create space where ever they are, which is safer*, conscious and drawing an awareness / clarity through themselves which allows for boundaries to be respected by all those involved. This one day workshop will consist of 6 hours instruction, plus total breaks of 80 minutes.
Meditation, ice breakers, intention setting, cleansing space, drawing inspiration, breath work, creating a ritual, ritual objects, scene setting, time management, trust & confidence building, role play.
Snacks and drinks available. Please bring your own lunch.
Be advised, this is an inclusive space for sex workers, queer, non-binary and BPoC individuals. Anyone may register for this workshop.
Please note no space can be 100% safe. Each person must take responsibility, surroundings and self awareness into account.

11:30-12:00 Introductions & Ice Breakers
– Ice breaking exercises are offered to bring awareness of yourself and others within the space. These exercises will include breath work and movement. Combining one on one, as well as small group exercises guided by Caritia.
12:00-12:30 Discussion about intention setting – What it is? How it can help? Why you may wish to use intentions? Starting to build intentions. Intention vs Affirmation
12:30-13:30 – Examples of space preparation // Space clearing,
ritual or special objects and preparing the scene. From both a personal and professional perspective.
15:00-16:30 – Guide to scene setting // Finding your style and scene setting/scene building. What inspires you? How can one build confidence for a scene? Boundary setting. Safe words or signals
16:45 – 18:30 Practice and practical aspects of Self Care
18:30 – 19:00 Feedback and Close
Suited for all on a beginners or intermediate level.
