Bound Soundspa
a multi-sensory listening + restraint experience
Join us for a rare and heartfelt offering: on August 17th, Studio Lux, Berlin’s finest dominatrix dungeon, will open its doors for an intimate sound and shibari ritual, a multidisciplinary collaboration between Moir and Lindred. This is an altered state experience: a sensory-flavored immersion where sound and rope become pathways into hyper-presence, somatic trance, and deep loving surrender.
Guided by Lindred, the 75 minute sound bath is composed using modular synthesizers, hypnotic sub-bass drones, and delicate ASMR-esque field recordings – fauna like dolphins, coyotes, and frogs; water from rivers, oceans, and especially synthesized bubbles. Each session is a fluid, improvised soundscape delivered in multichannel surround sound, designed to move through the body and take you on a personal sound journey.
Within the soundbath, five participants per session are invited by Moir to partake in a 15-minute shibari tie: simple floor-based forms moved and felt in response to the sound, presence, and your and needs. These ties may resemble alien eggs, self-embraces, or spatial cocoons. Guided with care, you’ll be held by the rope, caressed into a posture of surrender that is personal, intuitive, and uniquely yours.
Through these mediums, Lindred and Moir guide you on a journey that stirs imagination and memory, offering space to feel deeply held, to enter rich internal worlds, and to rest in an expansive womb-like embrace.

About the facilitators:
Lindred is a multimedia artist and musician. They create twisted holy hymns: pulling you in with tender devotion and underworld angelic vocals that wind through sonic falls from grace. The only way out is to escape through watery landscapes of blissful noise and glistening melodies. They have composed for film, dance theatre, and installation work. In 2020, Lindred founded Soundspa, an immersive soundbath project born in Berlin during lockdown. Personal attunement was conducted through one-on-one interviews about intention and needs, weaving together surround sound journeys and psycho-acoustic drones. These sessions became an offered ritual to unlock heightened presence and collective magick. Bound Soundspa is its channeled evolution: an offering shaped by Lindred and their professional Femdom persona, whose hypnotic guidance and storytelling draw from experience in sensory informed care. Together, these identities converge to create an immersive, multi-sensory portal. Where thoughtful sound design, sonic spellwork, and auditory induced trance can invite participants into a deep state of loving surrender.
Moir is a Berlin-based rigger, workshop facilitator, and Dominatrix. With nearly three years of exploration, they have developed profound fascination with the psychological and somatic aspects of their practice, which quickly became outstanding in artistic expression. As Dominatrix and Femdom, they hold in person and online sessions approaching BDSM as a tool for erotic self-expression and liberation from shame. Their practice creates a safe container for forms of play which are considered darker and transgressive yet deeply raw, intentional and caring. They have been part of Studio Lux team for about a year and they regularly hold Shibari workshops in different other studios. Their tying style is always in flux, shaped by the dynamic they share with the person they are engaging with. At the core of their approach lies care, hyper-presence, open communication, and space for authentic self-expression. They have recently started performing at various events, which has emphasized their impulse and need to share such experiences more openly, enriching the already strong vulnerability shared with their muse, with different audiences; They as well started working on producing fetish short films narrating intimate experiences, with a strong desire and pull for aesthetically suggestive atmospheres and the expression of provocative feelings, through which to play and connect with the viewer.
How we came together:
Moir firstly met Lindred at one of their SoundSpa events and recalled the following memories:
“I remember feeling guided by Lindred’s words the moment they spoke into the microphone – their voice felt safe, resonant, and in tune with me. The way they held the room with their presence was mesmerizing. They burned herbs, letting the scented smoke drift through all of us, as if opening a portal to their magic.
What they composed and played drifted me into a space where I could envision, with unrestricted sense of abundance. Drones accompanied me into a deep relaxed state, playful nature sounds alive with vivid imagination; I felt taken by my hand for a wondrous adventure, sensual, dream-like, breath giver. I never could listen such richness of layers, of nuances; they played and opened newfound corners which felt utterly enriching to reach” – Moir Div
“Last October, Moir and I had the chance to bring our practices into dialogue, combining their ritual of rope with my sound bath recordings. It was my first time being tied, and I was beyond excited to experience our offerings in tandem.
Under Moir’s care, I entered a profound state of surrender: time dissolved, and I felt entirely held by their ropes, immersed in stillness and bliss. The tender restraint of the ropes, paired with the juicy textures of my modular synth bubbles and rich harmonic drone music, created a trance of deep love and safety.
When the ropes were finally released, I felt ecstatic, light, joyful, and buoyant, and afterwards was floating through the streets in total awe. Through these moments of being deeply held in combination with the sonic worlds I conjured, I was fully transported to other realms. Trusting Moir’s intuitive restraint, and meeting one another through a shared language of femme devotional care and intuitive artistry, made it crystal clear that I wanted to offer this experience to others.” – Lindred
What to expect:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session to take off your shoes, and find a comfy place.
Feel free to bring your own water bottle, a blanket, and a small pillow.
The soundbath will be a 75 minute sound journey. We will offer you blindfolds for each session – we can provide them or you are welcome to bring your own. We encourage you to wear them for the duration of the sound bath, but they are totally optional and up to your comfort level.
For those being tied:
A brief consent talk will happen before moving into tying. You will have the possibility to ask for any type of adjustment you need, and ongoing verbal and non-verbal communication will take place. Moir will be present for you to approach and exchange thoughts with once the session has ended.
No prior rope or sound experience is required.
Afterward, tea and water is offered – and time to reorient and ground.
