Overview

All the more important to offer a realistic perspective on breath play: What happens psychologically and physiologically during breath play? What is the difference between strangulation and suffocation? What risks will always remain? How can we minimize those risks and still explore and enjoy this type of play responsibly?

In this workshop we carefully approach a high-risk kink. We reflect about the thrill and intentions of this kink, learn about anatomy and physiology and medical risks of asphyxiation. Furthermore there will be a guided and supervised practice part to explore and experience first hand, how it feels to be on the giving and receiving end of this BDSM practice.
