Needle Play is a thrilling, intense, and intricate aspect of BDSM that taps into both physical sensations and psychological dynamics. It’s the art of using needles to create a powerful connection between the Dom and the sub, combining sensation, trust, and the play of power. In this workshop, I will guide you through the technical aspects of Needle Play, offering both beginner and advanced insights to make your scenes (more) dynamic and safe.
We will explore various techniques involved, how to incorporate needles into your play safely, and how to use needles to heighten both sensation and intensity in your BDSM practice.

Notes for Participants:

Clothing:
Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and in which you feel at ease. You may need to expose certain areas of your body (e.g., arms or back), so dress accordingly.

What to bring?
▪ Writing materials: If you’d like to take notes, feel free to bring something to write with.
▪ Personal needles: If you have prior experience and prefer to use your own needles, you’re welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we will use the provided needles during the workshop.

Preparation: If you have sensitive skin or medical conditions such as allergies or skin disorders, please inform the workshop leader in advance.

Practical participation: No one is required to participate in hands-on activities during the workshop. It is completely fine if you prefer to just watch and listen. The workshop includes both theoretical and practical elements, but active participation is entirely voluntary.

In the BDSM Studio Lux course center there is an elevator accessible by 4 steps on the first floor and on the 3rd floor. There is no ramp.

Corona

Masks are compulsory at BDSM Studio Lux. Please come to the studio 15 minutes before the start of each event. Corona tests will be ready. Masks will only be removed once all participants have consensually and actively agreed. Masks must be worn in the corridors at all times.

Costs

Throughout the queer event series, the focus is on a policy of accessibility, transparency and redistribution.

The prices are calculated by the respective collectives and individuals and 90% of them go towards their work. A further 10% is used for advertising in magazines, social media and print media.
