Bondage Beginner
Overview
Bondage is much more than simply tying ropes – it’s a practice that requires deep trust and connection. Surrendering to the ropes can help free the mind, let go of control, and embrace vulnerability, while tying creates an opportunity to foster safety and build intimacy. This workshop is aimed at beginners and gives you the chance to learn this art safely and practically.
During the course, you will learn the fundamental techniques of Shibari and how to work with ropes in a creative, safe, and effective way. The focus is on a combination of theory and practice, allowing you to understand the perspectives of both the one tying and the one being tied.

- Safety Fundamentals: Comprehensive guidance on safety to avoid injuries and risks.
- Material Knowledge: Introduction to various types of ropes, their care, and optimal preparation for bondage.

Course Instructor:
Ron (they/them) is a non-binary queer sex worker, porn performer, activist, and kink educator specializing in BDSM. They view bondage as a powerful fusion of sexual energy, spiritual practice, aesthetic expression, and dominance—a true art form and meditation. Since 2018, Ron has been offering workshops that create inclusive, judgment-free spaces for personal exploration and growth.
Their workshops range from bondage meditation to sessions for sex workers, couples, and beginners, as well as private BDSM coaching. Ron prioritizes fostering creativity and individuality in rope play, encouraging participants to develop their own style rather than adhering to rigid rules. For Ron, it’s all about learning, embracing vulnerability, having fun, and building intimate connections through rope.
