Bondage Beginner
Through bondage, you can take full control and leave others with no escape. Whether as the center of the scene or in combination with sensual or sadistic play, bondage offers a variety of possibilities.
Bondage is about trust and human connection. Surrendering to the ropes can help truly free your mind. Letting yourself get tied in ropes means letting go and embracing vulnerability.
To tie others in ropes is to offer security to build intimacy.
I see all human bodies as beautiful. There are almost unlimited variations of bondage that we can make for people with different body types, mobility and fitness levels.
The beginner’s course is designed to teach the basics of shibari, understanding restriction from a passive person’s perspective and the simple skills of the rigger to facilitate fantasies or create a meditative connection.
Among other things, the course will cover:
- general safety instruction
- Preparation and basics of material knowledge
- Knot technique, tying and positioning
- Example restraints: Hand / arm and leg bondage
- Integration of bondage in lovemaking and how we can bondage at home.
Required are at least 3 X 8 meters of hemp or jute rope (6 or 8 mm). These can be provided free of charge for the course – and can also be purchased. If you already have your own, of course you bring them with you.
This course is given in English and German. You will practice with other participants, but you can also bring your own practice partner. However, due to the limited number of participants, this person must also pay the fee for participation.
