Make It Crack: Build & Use Your Own Bullwhip
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make your own bullwhip from scratch. You’ll learn all the important steps and materials, from start to finish. At the end, you’ll take home not only new knowledge, but also your own handmade bullwhip.
You will also receive an introduction to the basics of handling: How do I use the bullwhip safely and with control? What does it take to develop rhythm, accuracy, and impact? Are you fascinated by the sound, intrigued by the play with power and distance, or simply curious? This workshop offers you the perfect introduction to the world of bullwhips!
Bullwhips have been used for centuries as tools of authority, craftsmanship, and kink.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about their history, develop practical whip-making skills, and learn safe, controlled striking techniques.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of materials and braiding techniques and make your own bullwhip during the workshop. After the crafting part, we will focus on the basics of handling the whip, with plenty of room for practice!
The workshop is aimed at beginners and curious kinksters who want to create, learn, and play.

An introduction to the cultural background and evolution of the bullwhip – from farm tool to kink toy.
Materials & Crafting:
- Step-by-step guidance on choosing and working with paracord
- Braiding techniques and whip structure

Whip Handling Basics:

- The workshop will be held in both German and English.
- No prior experience in crafting or whip use is necessary.
- All materials for building your whip are included.
- You’ll work on your own whip, but practice will happen in pairs or solo depending on comfort level.
- Comfortable clothing recommended for ease of movement during the practice section.
- You will leave the workshop with your own handmade bullwhip!
