Mindful Masturbation: sensual self pleasure

Pleasure-Oriented Reflection and Self-Experience with Masturbation
Masturbation is an intimate, pleasurable experience that everyone can explore individually – but shame and taboos often make it difficult to engage with it freely. In this workshop, we focus on mindful solo sex, reflect on personal habits, and discover new ways of pleasure. After discussing motivation, fantasies, and routines, you will experience a one-hour guided self-exploration with music – in a safe space without physical interaction with others. Orgasms are possible but not necessary – what’s important is the journey. We conclude with time for reflection and discussion. Whether you join alone or as a couple: If you want to rediscover masturbation as a sensual experience, this is the right place for you.

For masturbation, all you really need is your own body, a bit of curiosity, and desire. Solo sex has been systematically shamed throughout history. Even in our “enlightened” society today, many people feel ashamed of the fact that/how/how often/to which fantasies they pleasure themselves. However, scientific consensus now confirms that masturbation is entirely normal and even brings health benefits. Moreover, it is probably the safest way to get to know your own body and pleasure better. In this workshop, we will explore the topic of self-pleasure from the perspective of mindful enjoyment, gather creative ideas for incorporating kinks, and create an intense self-exploration experience. And along the way, we will normalize the topic a bit and reduce the shame of talking about it.

What Can Participants Expect?
Participants can expect a space for reflection on their own masturbation behavior and an intense self-exploration experience. The cozy atmosphere of a Sunday morning with coffee, tea, comfortable clothing, and a wool blanket helps set the mood.

In the first part, we will explore what pleasure and mindfulness mean, sharpen our senses for enjoyment, and engage in a group discussion about different types, motivations, difficulties, and habits related to solo sex.

In the second part, things become practical. A confidential space is created where all participants masturbate for an hour to a dynamic playlist – in the same room, but each for themselves. There is no interaction between participants; everyone focuses on themselves. However, a shared atmosphere naturally arises through the passive awareness of others in the room. The journey is the goal. Orgasms may happen but are not mandatory – and certainly not a competition. Some may be more open, while others might hide under a blanket and move as little as possible. Everything is welcome. Afterwards, we reflect on the experience together.

Target Audience:
This workshop is a space for self-exploration, open to all people as long as they are curious about their own bodies. People of all genders and ages are welcome. Participation is possible as an individual or as a couple.

Special Note for Couples: Please note that this is about individual self-exploration, not sexual dynamics within a relationship. For some, the presence of a partner can be a barrier to honestly reflecting on their own masturbation.

This workshop is not intended for the purpose of explicitly expressing exhibitionistic or voyeuristic tendencies.

The Workshop Facilitator:

Ms. Pepper is a BDSM enthusiast with heart and mind. Privately a switch, professionally a bizarre lady and domina. Today, she knows exactly what she wants and doesn’t want, exploring the buffet of possibilities with shining eyes.

This sexual self-confidence was hard-earned. In her early twenties, she was convinced she was asexual, burying her own desire under shame – even masturbation. A “second puberty” in her mid-twenties revealed her queerness and a deep-rooted kinkiness. Through this conscious engagement with her own sexuality and the experience of completely different worlds, Pepper has developed the ability to approach every sexual biography with empathy and accessibility.

Curiosity and the opportunity to experiment safely are essential on the path to fulfilling sexuality. That’s exactly what Ms. Pepper provides in this workshop – a space to share knowledge and experiences while sparking creativity. As a workshop leader, she combines technical knowledge, practical experience, and emotional sensitivity.
