BDSM Beyond Binary – Slap me Soft

Hitting and being hit or Impact play, isn’t a conventional context to look for softness and gentleness. Yet, this is precisely what we shall do. We will try to approach this Kuan and insist on staying in this Paradox: How could hitting someone, submitting myself to the blows of another – could become a gentle act of care?

We will be building towards a classic (face-slapping), through many approximations, intermediate steps and pauses. The approach proposed is slow, somatic and very much inspired by the Feldenkrais method.

Another arc of the workshop, meant to support the quality of care and softness, is engaging with others through physically holding/being held by them. Asking for someone to be big, so that I could be small, and inviting this big one to slap me, to take care of me, through hitting

is a workshop facilitator, Emotional-Somatic practioner (Feldenkrais) and Family Constellation guide. His work is driven by sensitivity and is an attempt to create experiential spaces for people to develop autonomy and trust in their own body and internal processes. Throughout the years, he trained in a variety of physical and embodiment practices which inform and enrich his work: Dance, Taiji, Somatics, Kink, Voicework and Meditation. Coming originally from the realm of Philosophy (Wittgenstein!) and Linguistics, attention to language and its workings is somehow always in the background.

Zugänglichkeit

Im BDSM Studio Lux Kurszentrum gibt es einen Aufzug, der durch 4 Stufen im Erdgeschoss und im 3. Stock erreichbar ist. Eine Rampe gibt es leider keine.

Corona

Im BDSM Studio Lux gilt Maskenpflicht. Bitte komme 15 Minuten vor jedem Veranstaltungsbeginn in das Studio. Corona-Tests werden bereit liegen. Erst wenn alle Teilnehmenden konsensuell und aktiv zugestimmt haben, werden Masken abgesetzt. Auf den Fluren gilt jederzeit ein Maskengebot.

Kosten

Während der gesamten queeren Veranstaltungsreihe stehen eine Politik der Zugänglichkeit, Transparenz und Umverteilung im Fokus.

Die Preise werden von den jeweiligen Kollektiven und Einzelpersonen kalkuliert und gehen zu 90 % in ihre Arbeit. Weitere 10% werden für die Werbung in Zeitschriften, Social Media und Printmedien verwendet.
