Practical Introduction to Needle Play

Curious about needle play but not sure where to start? Maybe you’ve admired decorative needle scenes, wondered how they are done safely, or simply want to learn more about this unique form of BDSM. This workshop is the perfect introduction.

Needle play has been one of Miss Lizz’s passions for many years. Through extensive practice, continued learning, and teaching within the kink community, needles have become one of their favourite forms of play. Miss Lizz especially enjoys combining technical precision with creativity, whether that means creating decorative designs or using needles as part of a larger BDSM scene.

Fabricando Impacto Build Your Own Upcycled Flogger (en Español)

Vortex (he-him) is a trans non-binary activist, sex worker, and professional dominatrix from Argentina, currently based in Berlin. He has been involved in BDSM for over ten years and has been part of queer communities since his teenage years. Along the way, he has organized events, facilitated workshops, performed, and continued learning about BDSM, kink, and fetish practices through both study and lived experience. His work is guided by curiosity, mutual learning, and a belief in the importance of building community and sharing knowledge.

Freak(,) Like Me

In this workshop we’ll write and -if you want- share short pieces around the themes of kink, kinky desire and BDSM. We want to write for the fun of it and share a good-natured, humorous space to do this in. Join me for some tongue-in-cheek prompts and hot writing invitations.

Kumi More (no pronouns) writes poetry, facilitates, learns and performs on themes of Blackness, dis_ability, queerness, fatness, desire and sex(uality). Joy and well-being are the goal of Kumi’s work, in art but also as probably Germany’s fattest whore.

The Anal Ga(y)ze

the ANAL GA(Y)ZE workshop lures you into the somatic experience of the anus as the third eye, the monstrous all-seeing eye. decentering the front ga(y)ze of the eyes, it takes us into an exploration of „seeing from the anus“ by „seeing from the anus“ the workshop playfully suggests an alternative seeing of the world, one that resists the suppressive binds of normative culture.

Raoni/Muzho Saleh is an artist / choreographer based in Amsterdam. Through his artistic practice he aims to create deep embodied and immersive experiences that aim to pull both performer and the audience into a transformative experience. The dance, the installation, the textile, the experimental noise performance become mediums to bring forth textural excitement between maker and public. Teaching somatic workshops is a way for him to create playful study moments as a way to expand the individual’s and the collective’s embodied capacities.

Silicone Pussy (he/it) is a pr0stitute, p0rn maker and visual artist based in Berlin. A trans boy from Southwest Asia — guardian of restless souls and craving bodies, keeper of soft pleasures.

PISS PLAY

MERCY ST. J

Mercy St. J is a full service sex worker, visual artist, filmmaker, writer, and photographer and based in Amsterdam and Berlin. Their work connects sex work, spirituality, and community building from a queer and trans perspective, approaching whoring as both creative and political practice.   

HOUSE RULES

Please come self-tested negative for Covid 19. A few spare tests will be available at the door. Everyone must test before entering the venue.

We value consent, learning together, personal autonomy, sex & kink positivity, and curiosity– meaning, we take care & listen to others when they say no, understand we need each other to grow, do not shame others for their desires, and engage an environment where people can explore their kinks creatively.

We do not tolerate racism, xenophobia, transphobia, cis/sexism, whorephobia, classism, ableism, or colorism in this space. However, we are aware these “-isms” & “-phobias” may arise and will tend to them with care, repair, and acknowledgement when they do. Guests who perpetuate will be asked to change their behavior once, but if they continue to perpetuate any of the above, they will be asked to leave.

This is a space that centers the needs, desires, wants, pleasures, & experiences of queer, trans*, intersex, non-binary, gender-diverse folks.

If you feel you have been hurt or harmed in this space, you can approach one of the organizers/space holders so we can engage in a process of acknowledgement, apology, mediation or repair as needed and desired.

We encourage all participants to tend to their needs as they come up–you will not be judged for sitting out, stepping away, seeking fresh air, taking pause, drinking water, or eating a snack as you need throughout the evening. If you need help taking care, please approach one of the organizers/space-holders!

Who can participate?

This is a party is for translate* & queer kinksters + friends. This is a space that centers the desire, pain & pleasure of trans* & queer folks; friends of queer & TIN folk are welcome to participate as long as they are mindful of the space they are moving through.

Accessibility

There is an elevator in the building, but a few steps to get into the building and into the event room. To use the elevator, an elevator door must be used. The elevator door is 0.70m wide and 2.00m high. The elevator itself is 0.60m deep and 0.98m wide.

Corona

Please come tested for corona. There will be tests provided at the door for you if you are not able to access a test before arrival. Guests who test on-site are asked to wear masks until their test is negative.

Costs

Throughout the queer event series, the focus is on a policy of accessibility, transparency and redistribution. The prices are calculated by the respective collectives and individuals and 90% of them go towards their work. A further 10% is used for advertising in magazines, social media and print media.
