Bondage beginner 2

Beginner’s Course II is designed to learn the ground work of Shibari, to understand restraint from a passive person’s perspective and the simple skills of the restraining person to enable fantasies or to create a meditative connection and deepen even more.

To participate in this course, you need the following previous knowledge

• single & double column tie
• crossing hitch
• half hitch

Among other things, the course will cover:

• General safety instruction
• Refresh basic techniques
• Positionings on the floor
• Understanding ways of the rope
• Working with a single rope
• Safe and aesthetic bondage of the upper body and legs
• Aftercare and its importance

Need at least five hemp or jute ropes (6 or 8 mm thickness) in the length of eight meters each. These are provided free of charge for the course – and can also be purchased.

This course is given in English and German. You will practice with other participants, but you can also bring your own practice partner. However, due to the limited number of participants, this person must also pay the fee for participation.
